Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Student Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team. This position is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in a Master's program in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field who are pursuing BCBA certification. The Student Analyst works under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans, assist with assessments, analyze client progress, and support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. This role provides valuable hands-on clinical experience while developing the competencies required for certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Essential Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate and reliable data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Assist the BCBA with functional behavior assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and skill assessments as assigned. Analyze treatment data and identify trends to support clinical decision-making. Participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical case reviews. Provide caregiver training and education under BCBA supervision. Collaborate with families, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and interdisciplinary team members. Model appropriate intervention strategies and provide guidance to RBTs as directed by the supervising BCBA. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and funding source requirements. Follow ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Attend required supervision meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications Required:

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in: Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education Special Education Or a related field Actively pursuing BCBA certification. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (or ability to obtain before employment). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations if applicable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently while receiving supervision. Passion for working with children and families.

Preferred:

Minimum of one year of ABA experience. Experience implementing behavior intervention plans. Experience working in home, clinic, school, or community settings. CPR and First Aid Certification. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and move throughout therapy sessions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary. Ability to respond quickly to ensure client safety. Ability to engage in active play and natural environment teaching. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of ABA principles and teaching methodologies. Familiarity with data collection systems and graphing. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
