Duties Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Collect accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care tasks Use evidence-based teaching strategies to support communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors in individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation and records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Support the implementation of care plans tailored to each client's unique needs while ensuring a safe and positive environment Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions and progress tracking Requirements Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or working with children with developmental disabilities such as ASD.
