Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will provide direct behavioral support to children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy based on individualized treatment plans. Implement ABA techniques and behavior intervention strategies. Collect accurate data and document client progress. Support communication, social, academic, and daily-living skills. Build positive relationships with clients and their families. Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other team members. Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment. Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings. Qualifications Current RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Compassionate, patient, and willing to learn.
