Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - North Port, FL $75-$83/hour | 15+ Consistent School Hours | Flexible Afternoon Caseload Brave Steps ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Port, Florida for a unique role combining consistent school-based direct hours with the flexibility to build additional afternoon hours. You'll start with at least 15 hours per week of direct BCBA services in a school setting. In the afternoons, you can expand your schedule by supervising an RBT, providing additional direct BCBA services yourself, or a combination of both. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys the clinical side of the work and wants to stay directly involved with clients. It can be a great opportunity for a newly certified BCBA looking to build experience with strong clinical support, as well as an experienced BCBA who misses being hands-on and wants more meaningful involvement in treatment. What You'll Do Provide at least 15 hours per week of direct BCBA services in a school setting Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Conduct assessments and update treatment goals Supervise and mentor RBT Provide additional direct 1:1 ABA services, if desired Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families, school staff, RBTs, and our clinical team Complete clinical documentation in Passage Health Why Join Brave Steps ABA? We believe in manageable caseloads, hands-on clinical care, and giving our BCBAs meaningful control over their schedules. 15+ consistent school-based hours to start $75-$83/hour Stay hands-on clinically while still developing and overseeing treatment Build additional afternoon hours based on your availability Choose a mix of RBT supervision and direct BCBA services Small, manageable caseloads Flexible scheduling Supportive and accessible clinical leadership Paid training and onboarding Mileage reimbursement when applicable Opportunities to grow with the company Qualifications Current BCBA certification Active Florida behavior analyst license Newly certified and experienced BCBAs are both encouraged to apply Comfortable providing direct ABA services in a school setting Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass required background checks CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain Schedule Monday through Friday. The position starts with at least 15 direct hours per week during school hours in North Port. Additional afternoon hours are available through RBT supervision, direct BCBA services, or a combination of both.
Pay:
