Job Description

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and oversee implementation by behavior technicians. You will collect and analyze data, collaborate closely with families, schools, and an interdisciplinary team, and provide ongoing parent training. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments for children with autism and developmental delays. Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans. Supervise and coach behavior technicians/RBTs to ensure high-quality, evidence-based service delivery. Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making and treatment progress. Train and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support generalization of skills in the home and community. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, schools, and other providers as needed. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing training, case reviews, and clinical meetings to support continuous improvement.
