As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions, supporting their growth in home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services Perform client assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism or other neurodevelopmental disorders Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Collaborate with families, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and support client communication Conduct home-based behavioral therapy sessions and provide training for caregivers on behavior management techniques Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and progress reports while adhering to confidentiality standards Requirements Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant experience in applied behavior analysis Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong background in behavioral therapy, functional assessment, and behavior intervention strategies Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to inform treatment decisions Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Experience working in school settings or home-based environments supporting children with disabilities Excellent client communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and healthcare providers Prior experience conducting behavioral health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, or clinical supervision preferred Join us in making a difference by providing compassionate care rooted in evidence-based practices.
