Full-time:
Typically 25+ hours per week
Part-time:
15+ hours per week Part-time positions may have opportunities to increase hours and transition to full-time based on client availability and employee preference.
What You'll Do:
As an RBT, you'll work directly with children receiving ABA therapy and play an important role in helping them develop meaningful skills.
You will:
Implement individualized treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, daily living, and other important skills Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill-acquisition data Follow treatment protocols and implement behavior intervention strategies Help clients build independence and develop skills that can be used in everyday life Communicate regularly with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Provide compassionate, respectful, and engaging care to every child Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with RBT requirements Why Join ABA Alliance Therapy?
