Overview Overview East Coast Behavioral Services (ECBS) is seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings. In this role, you'll use your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral assessments to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Pay:
$60-$65/hour Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA), to identify behavioral strengths and challenges Develop, implement, and supervise individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) based on evidence-based ABA practices Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during sessions to track progress and inform treatment modifications Provide clinical supervision and training to RBTs, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and best practices Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals across home, school, and community settings Perform intake assessments for new clients, including documentation review and care planning, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Ensure compliance with insurance authorization requirements Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders Strong knowledge of ABA, functional assessment techniques, and behavioral intervention strategies Proven experience in data collection, documentation, and clinical record-keeping Experience providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians Experience working in home-based, school, or community environments Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to client and family engagement Reliable transportation required

In-person only — home, school, and community-based sessions. This position does not include telehealth.
