Job Description
•Note--You must already be certified as an RBT and have passed the RBT exam to be considered for this position. You must also be a credentialed Medicaid provider. Flagler County, FL Part-Time, Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm First Coast Autism is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to a child with autism. We are a local, clinician-focused agency that prioritizes support, realistic caseloads, and strong supervision—so our RBTs can do their best work without burnout! 1 client, 25 hours a week Strong support with challenging behaviors Weekly, consistent BCBA supervision Paid training and onboarding Full pay rate during supervision hours Paid weekly Dedicated Admin & Clinical Teams, including 1:1 admin support Central Reach access for scheduling, documentation, and training For Those Pursuing BCBA or BCaBA Certification, we actively support your professional growth, including: Biweekly BACB fieldwork workshops 1:1 in-session BCBA supervision Assistance with tracking and organizing supervision hours Position Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential through the BACB Active Medicaid Provider ID Number Reliable transportation Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with your BCBA and admin team.
