Desired qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician certification issued by the state of Florida Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in school or clinical environments Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and professionalism Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic, student-focused settings Role responsibilities include: Delivering one-on-one behavioral support and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to students in grades K-8 Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and supervising BCBA to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Collecting data, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates on student progress Encouraging positive social interactions and fostering independence in daily routines Assisting in the development and modification of behavior intervention plans based on student needs Enjoy a work schedule of 20 hours per week across 5 days, allowing for meaningful connections and focused attention for your students while maintaining work-life balance.
