Job Description
New Patterns ABA is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team in Pensacola FL. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with children and families while gaining hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
