Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality behavioral support to children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collect vital behavioral data to support client progress. Duties Deliver direct behavioral therapy sessions based on individualized care plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities Assist clients with ADLs such as grooming, toileting, feeding, and other daily routines to promote independence Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Implement ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring consistency and fidelity in intervention delivery Support clients in developing communication, social skills, and behavior management strategies through engaging teaching methods Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to ensure cohesive care and share progress updates Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred Hands-on experience implementing ABA therapy techniques and behavior management strategies Familiarity with assisting clients with ADLs and supporting autism spectrum disorder interventions Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation practices Home-based behavioral experience or school experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Understanding of the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts and adherence to ethical standards in client care Demonstrated ability to collect behavioral data accurately and utilize data to guide interventions Experience working within behavioral health settings or supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders enhances your fit for this role Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician and be part of a dedicated team committed to transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.
