The ideal candidate will have a background in behavioral therapy and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician with the BACB Enrolled and able to participate in Florida Medicaid Program Benefits Have access to growth potential, and a supportive work environment Provided to employees who are in full-time status: Flexible schedule

Pay:

$22 per hour Responsibilities Successful new hires will work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Receive training in ABA and create a positive impact in the lives of children with ASD Collects treatment plan data Applies feedback and training on Registered Behavior Technician performance given by the lead BCBA or BCaBA Provides behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom when applicable Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies Performs other duties as assigned.
