What You'll Do:
Implement individualized behavior plans developed by BCBAs Collect and record data with fidelity Work closely with clients and their families Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members Contribute to a collaborative and respectful work environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Active RBT certification (in good standing with the BACB) Reliable transportation and punctuality Commitment to ethical, compassionate care Positive attitude and a team-first mindsetExemplary Attendance A MUST What We Offer:
