Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral assessment and intervention planning, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive growth and skill development. Your expertise will guide families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to implement tailored strategies that foster independence and improve quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake assessments, progress reviews, and team meetings to support ongoing patient care and treatment goals. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform clinical decisions. Ability to conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and behavioral health screenings effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educating families. Patient-centered approach with a passion for improving the lives of individuals with disabilities through evidence-based practices. Pay:
$87,412.91 - $125,271.47 per year
