Key Qualifications:

Hold current, active BCBA certification Prior experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred Strong communication and consultation skills when working with multidisciplinary teams Ability to model and provide expert training for staff in ESE self-contained programs Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing related support documentation Able to supervise 12 RBTs if required Must complete required fingerprinting protocols, including verification through the AHCA Clearinghouse and obtainment of a JLA badge
