Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are therapists that work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and directly implement an ABA treatment plan designed and guided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). RBT:

Does the role of an RBT sound like something you want to take on, but you're concerned you don't have the right qualifications? We provide complimentary on-the-job training for our ABA therapists to become licensed RBTs. The 40-hour course, RBT® Competency Assessment and RBT® exam

• can all be completed in a matter of five weeks or less. Monday
• Friday Work schedule
• High School Diploma (Some college experience or College Graduate preferred). If college graduate, preferred areas of study: Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields
• Experience with children ages 2
• 13 Required minimum 2 years
• Experience working with children with special needs minimum 1 year Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a HUGE plus!
