(W-2 Position) Divino ABA Services, LLC Compensation Divino ABA Services offers W-2 compensation based on experience, caseload, and billable productivity: Salaried BCBA (W-2): $95,000 - $105,000 annually (based on experience and caseload; includes minimum billable expectations) Productivity-Based BCBA (W-2): $84,000 - $135,000 annually (based on billable hours and performance) Bonus tiers for billable hours-Salary only Join a Team That Values Clinical Quality and Support Divino ABA Services, LLC is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.
