Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) At Infinity ABA, LLC, we are intentionally creating a different kind of organization. One that places clinicians and families at the center of everything we do. We believe that when BCBAs are supported, respected, and given the tools they need to succeed, the quality of care delivered to families naturally rises. Our focus is not on volume or rigid productivity expectations, but on thoughtful, ethical, and individualized treatment. This is a clinician-centered environment where high standards are upheld without sacrificing well-being. We invest in strong systems, clear communication, and meaningful support so BCBAs can practice confidently and sustainably. Our goal is to create a workplace where you can grow professionally, maintain balance, and build a long-term career without feeling overwhelmed or undervalued. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is looking for more than just another position.
