BASS ABA
Therapy , we help children with autism thrive, and we're looking for caring, dependable people to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (Autism Support Specialists) . This is a Monday-Friday role (no weekends!) with paid training and certification , where you'll support children ages 18 months to 8 years in a fun, clinic-based setting with no in-home travel required.

What You'll Do:
Work 1-on-1 with children to build communication, social, and life skills Use evidence-based ABA methods - we'll train you! Track progress and adjust activities based on individual needs Collaborate with a supervising BCBA and your clinic team
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping kids Ability to kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable transportation and willingness to complete a background check No ABA experience?
