- We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Responsibilities
- Work directly with individuals diagnosed with autism to implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs
- Collaborate with supervisory staff to assess client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Skills
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Understanding of behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to educate clients and caregivers on treatment plans
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
