Your Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings in accordance with individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA. Implement skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social interaction, play, daily living, and other functional skills. Apply behavior reduction strategies consistent with ABA principles. Accurately collect, record, and submit session data using Office Puzzle. Maintain all documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to promote consistency and progress. Attend regular supervision sessions with your assigned BCBA. Participate in company-provided training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Completion of a BACB-approved 40-hour RBT training program. Successful completion of the RBT Competency Assessment and the national RBT exam. Minimum of six months of experience providing ABA services. High school diploma or GED. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting. Ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation to travel to client locations. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 based on experience and qualifications. Paid time off for eligible full-time employees.
