Your schedule is respected, even when cancellations occur Hear From Our Team Our RBTs and BCBAs often highlight: ✔ Transparent, available leadership ✔ Effective clinical support and supervision ✔ Manageable caseloads and flexibility ✔ Confidence in their career path and skill development Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in alignment with individualized treatment plans Follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate data on client progress during each session Maintain open communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment Requirements Availability to work 30 hours per week Reliable transportation and punctuality Genuine passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities reach their goals Advanced English fluency (spoken and written) to acquire the skills to accurately teach ABA Verbal Behavior to children diagnosed with Autism (conversational skills, requesting, labeling, answering who, what, where, how and why questions, parts of speech, past tense.)
