Full Job Description Divino ABA Services is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. For the Divino ABA Services Hudson Treatment center. Salaried:

Your schedule is respected, even when cancellations occur Hear From Our Team Our RBTs and BCBAs often highlight: ✔ Transparent, available leadership ✔ Effective clinical support and supervision ✔ Manageable caseloads and flexibility ✔ Confidence in their career path and skill development Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in alignment with individualized treatment plans Follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate data on client progress during each session Maintain open communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment Requirements Availability to work 30 hours per week Reliable transportation and punctuality Genuine passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities reach their goals Advanced English fluency (spoken and written) to acquire the skills to accurately teach ABA Verbal Behavior to children diagnosed with Autism (conversational skills, requesting, labeling, answering who, what, where, how and why questions, parts of speech, past tense.) Active RBT Certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Current Medicaid provider approval for Florida preferred Previous experience providing ABA therapy Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with electronic data collection systems Ability to use technology to create stimuli for clients How to Apply If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to make a difference, apply today!
