Anticipated Start:
Approximately 3-4 Weeks These positions require health plan provider approval before services can begin. We are selecting and onboarding RBTs now so they are ready to begin promptly once approval is received. Candidates should be prepared to complete the hiring and approval process in advance and commit to the assigned case once approved . Whether you're a newer RBT looking to strengthen your clinical skills or an experienced RBT looking for a consistent case and supportive clinical team, we encourage you to apply. Candidates are matched with available cases based on location, schedule, experience, and availability .Current Locations:
Sunrise Hollywood Miramar Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs Collect treatment data and accurately document client progress Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and clinical recommendations Support communication, social, adaptive, and independence skills Collaborate professionally with BCBAs, families, school staff, and other members of the treatment team Complete required documentation accurately and on time Participate in required supervision and clinical training Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to consistently maintain the assigned therapy schedule Dependable attendance and professional communication Receptive to BCBA supervision, feedback, and continued clinical development Previous ABA experience welcomed Important Before Applying Candidates must be prepared to complete onboarding and required provider approval steps promptly and be available to begin the assigned case in approximately 3-4 weeks once approval is received . Consistent attendance is essential for continuity of care and compliance with payer requirements. Candidates must be able to maintain the agreed-upon client schedule.
