Job Description

BMC provides Applied Behavior Analysis services in a wide array of settings that require the skills of a well-trained and knowledgable candidate. Our contracts include public and private schools, residential facilities, clinic based services, and private family homes. The RBT may work within all of these settings or just a single type depending on interests and experience. The RBT will receive frequent supervision and clinical direction from a
BCBA. BMC
is looking for a candidate who will work well with a team to deliver meaningful services to our clients. Job candidates can expect a respectful and positive environment where the focus remains on the client and their needs. Need to have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Skills Excellent communication skills Willingness to receive and implement feedback in order to provide effective services. Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Implement programs designed to teach new skills and reduce behavioral excesses Complete required documentation in a timely manner Work closely with BCBA's and BCaBA's to ensure each client receives the best possible care Attend all required training sessions Be willing to learn new skills Other duties as assigned by management For more detailed information and application process, please visit our website.
