Client is ready to begin school services Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and ABA services to a child in a school setting. The client is ready to begin services, making this a great opportunity for a BCBA looking for a consistent weekday schedule. The BCBA will oversee the implementation of the client's behavior treatment plan, provide clinical supervision to the RBT, monitor progress, conduct assessments as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and school personnel to support the client's treatment goals. Currently, the client has approximately 10 hours per week available for services , which can be scheduled during school hours between 8:45 AM and 2:45 PM . Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and other clinical assessments as appropriate Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior treatment plans Provide clinical oversight and supervision of the RBT providing direct services Monitor client progress and analyze behavioral data Provide ongoing training, modeling, and feedback to the RBT Develop and modify behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Support communication, social, behavioral, academic, and independent living goals Collaborate professionally with caregivers, school staff, RBTs, and the clinical team Conduct regular observations of services and ensure treatment fidelity Complete required clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports Participate in treatment planning and care coordination as needed Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and professional ethical requirements Ensure services are provided in accordance with BACB standards and applicable payer requirements Requirements Active BCBA certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification through the BACB Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and data-analysis skills Comfortable providing services and clinical oversight in a school environment Professional, dependable, patient, and compassionate Ability to collaborate effectively with school personnel, caregivers, and clinical team members Preferred Qualifications Experience providing ABA services in a school-based setting Experience supervising RBTs Experience with Medicaid-funded ABA services Experience developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans Language English (Preferred) Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification BCBA Certification (Required) NPI (Required) Medicaid Enrollment Letter (Required) State Licensure, if applicable (Required) BACB Certificate (Required) Willingness to Travel 100% (Required)
