BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS
(RBTs) Patricia Ann's Loving Hands | Lake County, Florida We are currently looking for dependable, compassionate, and experienced RBTs to join our growing ABA team. We have two positions available : Position #1 - School-Based RBT In-school ABA position within Lake County Schools Candidate must preferably be already badged/cleared through the Lake County School System Must be comfortable collaborating with school staff while following the client's individualized treatment plan Experience providing ABA services in a school setting is strongly preferred Must be reliable, professional, and able to maintain consistent attendance Position #2 - Full-Time Clinic-Based RBT 40 hours per week Clinic-based position Seeking an RBT who is experienced and comfortable working with a high-support, hands-on client Candidate should be confident with behavior reduction procedures, redirection, transitions, functional communication training, reinforcement strategies, and implementation of a BIP Must be comfortable remaining actively engaged with the client throughout the session and providing close supervision and support Experience working with clients who display challenging behaviors is strongly preferred
RBT Requirements:
✅ Active RBT certification( REQUIRED ) ✅ Current CPR/First Aid certification ✅ Background screening/clearance ✅ Reliable transportation ✅ Strong communication and documentation skills ✅ Ability to follow BCBA treatment plans and receive ongoing supervision ✅ Dependable and consistent attendance ✅ Professional, patient, energetic, and comfortable working directly with children We are looking for team members who truly enjoy working in the ABA field and are ready to be actively involved in helping clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills .
