Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | School-Based Position Brick City Family Consulting is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services in school settings.

Locations:

Schools in Marion County and the

Villages Schedule:

Monday-Friday Hours:

Based on the client's school schedule (~33 hours a week during the school calendar) Responsibilities Provide individualized ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA Implement treatment plans and skill-acquisition programs Support communication, social, academic, and daily living skills Collect accurate and timely data Follow behavior support and intervention protocols Collaborate with the BCBA, family, and school team Maintain a positive and supportive environment for the client Qualifications Current RBT certification required Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work professionally in a school environment Why Join Brick City Family Consulting?
