Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Titusville and North Brevard Surrounding Areas 2 Openings | $90-$95 per Hour We are expanding our clinical coverage in Titusville and surrounding North Brevard communities and are seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) interested in flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a steadily developing caseload. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who prefer to grow their workload gradually while maintaining strong involvement in treatment quality, team supervision, and family collaboration. >> Who You'll Work With You will support children who may need assistance developing functional communication, appropriate social engagement, self-care abilities, daily routines, flexibility, independence, and skills that improve participation at home and in the community . Some clients may also require intervention for behaviors that disrupt learning, transitions, family routines, or participation in age-appropriate activities. Services may be provided across home, school, daycare, community, or multiple coordinated environments , depending on the individual treatment plan. >> What You'll Do Identify client priorities through assessment, observation, and data review Build individualized behavior programs aligned with functional client needs Establish measurable goals and monitor treatment response over time Provide structured supervision and clinical coaching to RBTs Review implementation quality and address treatment-integrity concerns Adjust intervention procedures when progress data supports modification Collaborate with caregivers on strategies that can be used during everyday activities Complete reassessments, progress documentation, and clinical recommendations Coordinate with schools, daycare providers, and other professionals when clinically appropriate What We Offer $90-$95 per hour based on experience and caseload availability Start with 5-8 cases and continue growing monthly based on need Additional cases offered as availability and local demand increase Flexible scheduling around your existing professional commitments Administrative support for coordination and routine case needs Opportunities to keep cases grouped throughout North Brevard Continued access to new referrals as the service area expands Current opportunities are focused throughout Titusville, Mims, Port St. John, North Brevard, and nearby surrounding communities .
