Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, Greenacres & Surrounding West Palm Beach Areas 2 Openings | $90-$95 per Hour We are currently hiring two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support a growing caseload throughout Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, Greenacres, western West Palm Beach, and nearby surrounding communities. This opportunity is ideal for experienced BCBAs looking for strong hourly compensation, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to build a caseload based on professional availability. You will oversee individualized ABA programs, guide RBTs, collaborate with families, and make clinical decisions that directly support measurable client progress. >> Who You'll Work With You will support children who may need assistance developing functional communication, appropriate social engagement, self-care abilities, daily routines, flexibility, independence, and skills that improve participation at home and in the community . Some clients may also require intervention for behaviors that disrupt learning, transitions, family routines, or participation in age-appropriate activities. Services may be provided across home, school, daycare, community, or multiple coordinated environments , depending on the individual treatment plan. >> What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and ongoing clinical reviews. Design individualized treatment plans based on client needs, family priorities, and assessment findings. Establish measurable goals addressing communication, adaptive functioning, social development, independence, and behavior reduction. Analyze treatment data regularly and modify programs when progress indicates a clinical adjustment is needed. Provide supervision, feedback, and clinical direction to Registered Behavior Technicians. Complete caregiver training and help families implement practical behavioral strategies across daily routines. Coordinate with schools, daycare providers, physicians, therapists, and other professionals when clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate treatment documentation, reassessments, progress summaries, and payer-required reports. Ensure services remain consistent with BACB ethical standards and applicable insurance requirements. What We Offer $90-$95 per hour based on experience and caseload availability Start with 5-8 cases and continue growing monthly based on need Ability to expand your caseload according to your preferred workload.
