Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as written. Collect accurate data on behaviors, skill development, and client progress. Assist clients with communication, social interaction, daily routines, and independence. Complete session notes and all required documentation accurately and on time. Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, teachers, and other members of the clinical team. Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development activities. Maintain client confidentiality and follow all ethical and professional standards. >>
Client Profile:
Children with neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism and ADHD. Services may be provided in the client's home, school, daycare, or community setting. >> Qualifications Fluent English (Required) | Very Important | A Must High School Diploma or GED required.
