Our school and ABA center work together under one roof, allowing our team to support each student throughout the day. You will see progress not only during therapy sessions, but also in the classroom, during life skills activities, on field trips, and in the everyday moments that matter most. What You'll Love About This Role Monday through Friday schedule No nights or weekends Consistent full time hours School and clinical experience in one setting Ongoing BCBA supervision and mentorship Supportive teachers, clinicians, and leadership Meaningful opportunities to help students build independence A close knit workplace where your contribution is recognized What You'll Do Provide one on one ABA therapy in classroom and clinical settings Implement behavior plans developed by a BCBA Collect accurate data and document student progress Support communication, social, academic, and daily living skills Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, families, and other team members Help students become more confident and independent What We're Looking For Active RBT certification through the BACB Availability to work 30 to 37 hours per week Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude A genuine passion for supporting children and young adults with Autism, Down syndrome, behavioral challenges, and other exceptionalities Comfort working with students across all levels of need Compensation and Benefits $21 to $25 per hour based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Ongoing training and professional development Consistent BCBA support and mentorship Documents Needed Driver's License or State ID Current RBT certification NPI number Come Grow With Us At Sacred ABA, every breakthrough matters.
