What You'll Do (BCBA & BCaBA): Conduct behavioral assessments (BCBA) and assist in implementing treatment plans (BCaBA). Design and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Collect and analyze behavior data to evaluate effectiveness and make adjustments. Train and supervise RBTs and other team members. Provide parent training to support skill generalization and consistency. Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure treatment continuity. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA and insurance requirements. Stay up to date on current ABA best practices and research.

Requirements:

BCBA or BCaBA Certification (in good standing with the BACB) Experience working with private insurance companies and telehealth (Preferred) Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Passion for working with children and families Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel required within assigned areas) Ready to Make a Difference With Us?
