Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy is hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our center-based clinical team in Alpharetta, Georgia . Whether you are looking for morning hours, afternoon hours, or a full-day schedule , we have scheduling opportunities available within our operating hours.

At Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy, RBTs work in a purpose-built ABA center designed to support learning, communication, social development, independence, and meaningful clinical progress. Our 6,000-square-foot purpose built center provides children and clinicians with multiple environments for individualized ABA therapy, including: Individual therapy rooms Early learning and classroom environments Life skills training areas Social skills spaces Sensory and movement activities Fine arts activities Indoor play ground Indoor and outdoor play opportunities Naturalistic environments for generalizing skills Opportunities for peer interaction and social development RBTs receive BCBA supervision, clinical guidance, and ongoing support while providing individualized 1:1 ABA therapy.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct 1:1 center-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and skill-acquisition programs Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, self-help, school-readiness, and daily living skills based on each client's treatment goals Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to increase appropriate behaviors and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning, safety, and independence Collect accurate behavioral and skill-acquisition data throughout therapy sessions Support children in structured teaching as well as naturalistic learning, play, social, and daily living activities Help children generalize skills across different environments, activities, clinicians, and peers Maintain accurate and timely session documentation Follow all BCBA clinical recommendations and treatment protocols Participate in supervision, training, competency assessments, and team meetings Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and professional standards Maintain a safe, supportive, engaging, and therapeutic environment for every child

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Candidates who are eligible and prepared to obtain RBT certification may also be considered Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data collection preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, professional, and dependable Reliable transportation Consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to work collaboratively with BCBAs, other RBTs, families, and members of the clinical team Commitment to ethical ABA practices and high-quality care
