Job Description

Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide after-school ABA therapy Monday-Friday from 4:30-6:30 pm. In this role, you'll deliver 1:1 evidence-based behavioral interventions to children with autism and developmental disabilities in clinic, home, or community settings. You will implement behavior and skill acquisition plans created by a BCBA, collect accurate session data, and document progress. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, or community settings Monday-Friday 4:30-6:30 pm Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans designed by a BCBACollect accurate, real-time data and complete session notes promptly Follow ethical and professional standards, maintaining client safety and confidentiality Collaborate and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and clinical team Participate in training, feedback, and supervision to build clinical skills Support families with clear, compassionate communication during sessions Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Data collection and session note documentation Behavior intervention plan implementation Preference assessments and skill assessments Use of prompting and reinforcement strategies Crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques Collaboration with BCBA/clinical supervisors Parent/caregiver session communication HIPAA and client confidentiality compliance
