Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism
- Provide supervision and guidance to clinical staff
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Stay current on best practices in behavioral therapy and special education
Skills:
- Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
- Experience working with children in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Excellent patient care skills, including empathy, active listening, and effective communication
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on assessment results
