Your day-to-day will include:
Providing 1:1 therapy using play-based and behavioral interventions Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills (yes, even potty training wins!) Following treatment plans designed by BCBAs Partnering with families to support progress at home Tracking data and celebrating every milestone Helping maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming clinic environment What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred) Reliable attendance and transportation RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training Compassion, patience, and energy for working with young children Ability to pass background check and complete CPR training Pay & Perks Starting at $18/hour + raises every 6 months (first 2.5 years) Monthly bonuses: $50 for perfect attendance $50 for accurate documentation 401(k) with 4% match Medical, dental, vision insurance (strong employer contribution) $50,000 company-paid life insurance 3 weeks PTO + 8 paid holidays Your birthday off (paid!)
