In this role, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your expertise will directly impact clients' progress, fostering meaningful growth and independence through tailored behavioral therapy strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse settings, including home-based environments and educational settings, supporting clients across the autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on client needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments. Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards in behavior analysis. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication regarding client progress. Conduct intake assessments and participate in ongoing client evaluation processes to determine appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient care activities, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality. Support clients across various environments such as homes, schools, or community settings while applying behavioral health strategies tailored to individual needs. Experience Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders. Demonstrated expertise in data collection methods, functional assessments (including Functional Behavioral Assessments), and behavioral intervention techniques. Prior experience conducting behavioral health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and supporting clients through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and managing medical records within a clinical setting. Experience working in school environments or home-based settings is highly desirable. Ability to provide clinical supervision while fostering a supportive learning environment for team members.
