Job Description

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinic in Peachtree Corners! What You Will Do Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and clinically necessary program updates. Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress and treatment integrity. Supervise and train RBTs and BTs using practical, timely feedback. Provide caregiver guidance and coordinate care with appropriate providers and school teams. Maintain timely, accurate documentation that meets clinical, payer, and organizational requirements. Support authorization requests, utilization reviews, and other clinical documentation needs. Manage assigned caseload responsibilities while communicating barriers and risks early. Follow BACB ethics requirements and all applicable state licensure rules. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Active GA LBA. Live in or within 50 miles of GA. Experience developing treatment plans and supervising RBTs or BTs. Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, communication, and organization. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
