For Those Pursuing Their BCBA:
Supervision for restricted and unrestricted hours BCBA tuition scholarship and reimbursement programs
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans Teach functional life and communication skills Complete session documentation Collaborate with families to ensure consistency
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma Active RBT certification Pass background check Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Experience with children preferred
Schedule:
Part-time, 15-20 hours per week After-school hours, Monday-Friday (weekends as needed) Join Heartlinks ABA and build a meaningful career while making a real difference in children's lives.
INDRBT Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
