Job Description
Carpe Diem Behavioral Health is hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout West Georgia. We are looking for compassionate, dependable professionals who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential while working independently in clients' homes. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with families and making a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate and timely session data. Teach communication, social, adaptive living, and behavior reduction skills. Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors. Arrive on time and maintain a consistent therapy schedule. Attend required meetings and complete documentation promptly. Minimum Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred). Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Ability to travel to client homes throughout the service area. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to pass all required background checks. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing in-home ABA therapy. Strong pairing and rapport-building skills. Experience collaborating with caregivers and implementing behavior intervention plans. Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with supervising BCBAs.
