Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Intellistars ABA in Carrollton, GA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their natural environments, such as their homes.
Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy plans and programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Analysts (RBTs) Provide one-on-one services to clients in their homes, utilizing techniques and strategies to promote learning, socialization, and behavior change Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, assisting in the development of treatment plans and goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment delivery Maintain accurate and detailed records of client services and progress
Requirements:
Must hold a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of hire Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with ASD or related disabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong observational and data collection skills Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
Work Environment:
Flexible part-time and full-time schedules available Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30 per hour
