Job Description
North Georgia Autism Center (NGAC) Multiple Locations | Full-Time & Part-Time Job Summary North Georgia Autism Center (NGAC) is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide center-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. RBTs implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress Follow BCBA-developed treatment plans Use evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting) Support clients with transitions and daily routines Maintain ethical and professional standards Attend supervision, trainings, and team meetings Qualifications Required Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check Preferred Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, positive, and eager to learn Schedule Center-based services Monday-Friday, daytime hours Full-time and part-time available Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid training and ongoing supervision Supportive leadership and team culture Opportunities for professional growth Consistent scheduling Why NGAC?
