You'll help children build communication, independence, social skills, confidence, and so much more — while being part of a team that supports YOU along the way.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Behavior Technician, you'll: ✔ Help children learn important everyday skills like hygiene, grooming, communication, and independence. ✔ Collect behavioral data — because in ABA, we love our data almost as much as we love progress! ✔ Follow individualized ABA treatment plans and help clients work toward their goals. ✔Use fun, creative teaching strategies to help children learn and succeed. ✔ Help clients develop confidence, independence, and functional life skills. ✔ Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members. ✔ Keep accurate documentation while protecting client confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements. ✔ Celebrate progress — whether it's a huge milestone or something that looks small to everyone else but is actually a BIG deal!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You don't have to know everything on Day 1! No experience? No problem. Willing to learn? Even better! We're looking for someone who is: ✔ Compassionate and patient ✔ Reliable and responsible ✔ Comfortable working with children ✔ Willing to learn and grow ✔ A team player ✔ Comfortable collecting data and following treatment plans ✔ Passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities Experience with ABA, autism, special education, behavioral health, or working with children is a plus!
