Intellistars ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional services to children and their families in their natural learning environment•their home. Responsibilities:
Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children, utilizing evidence-based treatment protocols and techniques Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the guidance of supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and response to interventions Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our clients Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in
ABA Requirements:
Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT) 0-1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliability and flexibility to work varying schedules
