Job Description

Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in Cumming, GA. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 sessions in clinic, home, school, and community settings, implementing treatment and behavior plans created by a BCBA. You will collect detailed data, support behavior reduction and skill-building goals, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary, mission-driven team dedicated to meaningful outcomes and family-centered care. Ongoing training, supervision, and professional growth opportunities are provided in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in clinic, home, school, and community settings. Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA. Collect accurate, real-time behavior and skill acquisition data using electronic systems. Follow behavior reduction and skill-building protocols with fidelity and professionalism. Collaborate closely with BCBAs and clinical team to review progress and adjust programming. Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers, supporting home carryover of strategies. Maintain client safety, follow ethical guidelines, and protect confidentiality at all times. Participate in training, supervision, and performance feedback to build ABA competencies. Document sessions and prepare required notes and reports in a timely, accurate manner. Contribute to a compassionate, mission-driven culture focused on high-quality client outcomes.
