Job Description

Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide part-time ABA therapy to children with autism in our mission-driven, client-focused program. The RBT will deliver 1:1 sessions in home, clinic, or community settings on a fixed schedule (Wednesday & Friday 1-4:30 pm, Saturday 9-1). Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment and behavior intervention plans, collect accurate data, ensure client safety, and collaborate with caregivers and team members. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans with fidelity Collect, record, and summarize behavior and skill data each session Collaborate and communicate progress with BCBAs and clinical team Support caregiver training and generalization of treatment goals Maintain client safety and use approved behavior management strategies Follow ethical and confidentiality standards (BACB, HIPAA) Attend trainings, team meetings, and ongoing supervision Prepare session materials and keep treatment areas organized Adhere to fixed schedule: Wed & Fri 1-4:30, Sat 9-1 Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Behavior data collection and documentation Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Implementing skill acquisition programs Use of reinforcement strategies De-escalation and behavior management Basic ABA software/data systems use Professional communication with families and team HIPAA and client confidentiality compliance
