+ Weekly Pay Are you an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a team that truly supports you? At Regency ABA , we believe ABA should support not only the child and family, but the clinicians doing the work . That's why we practice ABA the Gentle Way through our Holistic ABA Model of Care (HAMOC) , combining evidence-based therapy with emotional well-being, open communication, and burnout prevention. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. The RBT will provide high-quality, individualized behavioral services to clients while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve personal goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA Collect and record session data in CentralReach Complete session notes and documentation Collaborate with your clinical team Help children build meaningful skills and independence

Qualifications:

Active RBT Certification (required) High School Diploma or equivalent Passion for working with children and families Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
