As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work full time from 8am to 3pm, dedicating 35 hours per week to support a student in a GNETS classroom. Your expertise in behavior management and experience addressing aggressive behaviors will be highly valued, ensuring safety and facilitating progress for both the student and the learning community.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required Previous experience working 1:1 with students exhibiting challenging or aggressive behaviors Background in behavioral intervention within school or classroom environments, preferably in GNETS or similar settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Composure, patience, and flexibility in high-needs situations Commitment to fostering a safe and supportive learning space
Key Responsibilities:
