Position Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental needs. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring effective implementation of programs that lead to meaningful client progress. The BCBA will collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members while maintaining ethical and professional standards in accordance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines.
